All of Buenos Aires' urban problems can be resolved, however. Their main issue is the rising population and the issues of housing, public services and crime. If tall apartment blocks are built instead of houses, it will maximize the efficiency of new housing developments, as 50-100 people will be able to live in a small footprint of land. If these housing developments are made cheaper to live in, more people will be able to afford this accommodation. Another issue was public services(or more specifically, the lack thereof). If more ambulance/fire/police stations are built, crime will go down dramatically. Not only will it create more jobs in the police force, but it will keep people safe and make Buenos Aires a place that you will want to visit without getting your car stolen. If all public transport is owned by the national government then it will be able to create a policy, which will prompt the development of new roads, train stations, buses and train stations/bus stops. This will not only make the commute to work easier but will also create new jobs for people who want to build new public transport services.
